LeagueForge Talk to us

For hobby shops, game masters & league organizers

Your players play.
Your league keeps score.

Results go in on Discord. The standings update on your own branded site. The next round draws itself. LeagueForge sets the whole thing up under your name — you open the season.

Or join the demo Discord and watch the bot work.

The product, screen by screen

Every frame below is the platform itself, running our demo league — the Ironvale Open — with fictional players and fictional shops. Not mockups: the pages your players would read, from a league that is live today.

The demo league is running right now: results come in, rounds get drawn, seasons open and close. Click around it yourself — no form, no waiting, no asking us first.

Standings

The table that keeps itself

When a result is confirmed, the standings update themselves on your site. Tie-breakers are applied by the rules you configured, and every player reads the same table you do — no spreadsheet round-trips, no "final version FINAL 2".

Match reporting

Report a score from the server

Players report results in Discord, on the fixture itself. A match only counts when both players confirm it, so a result only enters the standings when both sides agree to it.

Rankings

A ladder across every season

Seasons end; form does not disappear. The rankings page carries a rating per game that rolls from season to season, so a player who joins mid-year still has a name on a ladder — and a reason to play the next one.

Players

A page for every player

Every player has a profile: their record, their results, the game systems they play. One Discord identity, one league identity — and a page they can point at.

Seasons

An archive that writes itself

Every season lands in the archive when it ends: the final table, every round, every result. Next year's arguments start from the site, not from someone's memory of a spreadsheet.

Calendar

Every deadline in one place

Sign-up closes, round dues, finals at the venue — one calendar for the whole league, shown in the reader's own timezone. Players stop asking when round 3 ends; it is on the site.

The demo league's players, teams and shops are fictional — no real player, client or league appears on this page. And if you need thousands of concurrent players, we are the wrong product and we will say so.

Make it yours

Every league runs on the same platform, and every league looks like it belongs to its shop. Type your name, pick a colour — this is the part we set up for you.

Your colour

Your logo, your domain and your Discord server come with it. One brand file per league; the product underneath is the same for everyone, and so are the updates.

What you get

Not a template you install. We set it up, we keep it running, and you own the result.

Your brand, your domain

Your name, your colours, your logo, your web address. Players see a site that belongs to your shop — not to a software company.

A Discord server the bot runs

We lay out your server — channels, roles, per-game threads — and the bot handles the routine work: fixtures, score reports, confirmations, standings and reminders. Your players never have to leave Discord.

Your games, your rules

Scoring, match length, tie-breakers and the vocabulary of each game are configuration, set in an admin panel. Adding a new game system is a form, not a software project.

Plain, readable English

The site and the bot are written in clear English, so every player can read the rules and the messages. Your browser can translate the rest. Your own language is a setting: swap in the wording you want for your players without a rebuild or a developer.

Sign-in with Discord

No new passwords, no separate account, no support tickets about locked logins. A player is identified by the Discord account they already have.

Updates arrive on their own

We improve the platform and every league gets the improvements. You are never choosing between your league and an upgrade.

How it works

  1. You tell us about your league

Your shop or group, the game systems you play, your branding, your language, and where your players are on Discord. A short conversation, usually the same week.

  2. We set it up

Your site on your domain, your Discord server laid out, your game systems configured and seeded, your first season opened. Players are invited through the server.

  3. You run your league

You edit fixtures, approve score reports and open the next season from the admin panel. We keep the platform current, patched and reachable.

Who it is for

Three kinds of organizer keep a league alive. If you are one of them, most of this page is about you.

Hobby shops

Hobby shops

A league gives your regulars a reason to be in the shop every week — and a public standings page with your name on it that shows newcomers exactly what happens here.

Clubs & game groups

Clubs & game groups

Your group gets the structure of a real league — fixtures, deadlines, standings, an archive — without anyone volunteering to run it on a spreadsheet.

Configure the format once — scoring, rounds, tie-breakers — and the platform carries it. You handle the tables and the terrain; the software handles the bookkeeping.

Game systems

Each game is configured independently — its own calendar, its own scoring, its own standings. They share one league, one Discord server and one player base. These are the five we run today; the format is not tied to them.

Play something else? Ask. The per-game configuration model is the point — adding a system does not require a new build.

What it costs

One price per league. No per-player fees, no per-match fees, no cut of your entry money — a league that grows costs you exactly the same.

Questions we get first

Can we see the product working before we commit?

Yes. The screens further up this page are the product itself, and the demo league they come from is live: it is run by fictional players, and you can click through every page yourself. Its league site and its Discord server are both open — no need to ask us first.

Do my players have to create a new account?

No. They sign in with the Discord account they already have. If someone is in your Discord server, they are already able to enter your league.

Do we need our own Discord server?

Yes — one server per league, created for you and yours to keep. The bot lives in that server. Your competitors in other leagues cannot see it.

Can we use a domain we already own?

Yes. Point a domain you already own at your league site, or let us hold one for you. Either way the site is on your address, not ours.

What happens to our data?

Your league runs on its own database, separate from every other league we operate. It is yours, and you can export it.

What does it take to run a season?

Open the season, enter the players, and let the calendar do the rest. Score reports come in through Discord buttons, the standings update themselves, and at the end you publish the result. Most organizers spend a couple of hours across a whole season.

We already have a Discord server with channels. Can you work with it?

Usually yes. Channels and roles that already exist are kept as they are and the bot is added around them. We will look before we touch anything.

Tell us about your league

A short conversation about your shop or group, the systems you play and the players you have. If it is a fit, you get a working site and a Discord server to look at.

A person reads this and answers, usually within two days.

  1. You tell us about your league. Your games, your players, where they already are on Discord.
  2. We show you your league. A working site and Discord server in your colours, before you commit to anything.
  3. You open your first season. The price is confirmed in writing before anything starts.
